PLEASE NOTE:
We cannot ship Second Day or Next Day air to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and addresses served by the USPS as domestic destinations, Including Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be added for shipments to residents of Alabama.
PURCHASING FOR RESALE
Items purchased for resale are not taxable. If you are purchasing for resale please fill out
the resale/exemption form. We will keep the resale/exemption form on file for future
reference. Items purchased for company use or personal use are taxable.
USE TAX
Mitchell Container Services has a physical plant location in Alabama only (NEXUS),
therefore, we do not collect Sales Tax for any other state. It is your responsibility to pay
USE TAX to your state, county or city if your local taxing authority requires it.
DELIVERY FOR U.S. AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We make every effort to ship order as quickly as possible. Please allow three to six business days
for regular delivery of in stock catalog items within the continental U.S. Shipping time for International
orders outside the continental U.S. may vary. All orders that do not require a motor carrier will be
shipped UPS. All orders will be shipped pre-payed. Orders will not be shipped collect. Canadian and International
orders should be paid in U.S. funds and will be charged appropriate shipping expenses.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
Shipping and handling charges will be added
to your credit card charge or invoice after the order is boxed and weighed. The shipping
charge is determined by weight, size of box and distance. If you want to be notified of the
shipping and handling charge before we ship, then please send us a note in the comment
section of the catalog order form. Shipping charges will not be refunded for returns or exchanges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, please refer to
the instruction on your packing slip or call 800-729-3786 for a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number or email us. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the value of the item you were charged (Excluding delivery/shipping charges).
PRIVACY
We do not sell or rent our customers information. We do however maintain our own
mailing list that we use occasionally to inform about new products.
